C4D Intel Pty Ltd has formally announced this week the acquisition of Airbotix Pty Ltd.
Airbotix is a local Perth tech-startup providing autonomous systems for applications such as inspection and testing, geospatial survey, scientific research and situational awareness.
Through the acquisition, C4D Intel will combine its strength in asset inspection and mapping, and data analysis alongside sales and leasing of enterprise grade unmanned systems.
“Airbotix represents an excellent addition to our business, providing us the ability to offer our clients a premium end to end solution for world class industrial asset inspection,” C4D Intel Managing Director Alistair Scott-Farris said.
