I founded and was CEO of S&C, an award-winning product design company that was acquired by BCG and became BCG’s technology innovation practice, Digital Ventures.
I then led BCG Digital Ventures across Asia Pacific. As part of the global leadership team I was also part of both scale-up and client delivery work in Europe and North America.
I left BCG to set up Faethm to help employers navigate the impact of automation, economic change and industry change on jobs. Faethm launched in 2017 and scaled rapidly, delivering our SaaS platform and multiple AIs to clients in 21 industries in 26 countries. In September 2021 Faethm was acquired by Pearson Plc, the world’s largest education company.
Faethm was one of the first companies worldwide to be invited to join the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We also won multiple awards including the UK Government’s Tech Rocketship Award for AI and the Australian Computer Society’s Gold Disruptor award.
Alongside Faethm I was an inaugural two-year member of the World Economic Forum’s Global AI Council, and served on BHP’s Science and Innovation Council.
At Arena Mars, and continuing to work with Faethm co-founder Greg Miller, I now invest in and assist tech start ups and VCs in Australia, UK and US.
