Funder Overview:
I’m an Australian entrepreneur and investor.
I am really passionate about businesses making an impact beyond the bottom line. If you enjoy forceful monologues, ask me about it!
It’s why Envato, the business I co-founded in 2006 is fiercely values-driven. We use our values to define our mission: help creatives earn a living online, how we manage our profits: 1% goes to charity, 5% back to the staff who work there, and we are one of Australia's largest B-Corps.
I've also founded Hey Tiger (a social enterprise chocolate company), Milkshake (an Instagram website builder), and New Day Box (a charitable giving circle for women in family violence crisis).
These days I'm living in beautiful Darwin, and am really interested in Environmental Impact Investing, and supporting First Nations led programs supporting young people in the youth justice space. There are a bunch of amazing people doing incredible work in both these areas, and I count myself very lucky that I get to spend my time being inspired by them.
