- create a profile - select services, rates and availability
- upload certificates and qualifications and get notified before they expire
- browse and apply for available local jobs
- securely message clients and providers
- clock-in and out of the booked shifts; on clock out, provide care notes for the day
- automatically send invoices on clock out

Individuals and their families download the app to:
- find workers matched to their preferences and needs
- privately message workers
- share their care management and updates with nominated people
- securely pay for services using their credit card, bank transfer, or government funding like HCP or NDIS
