IAQ Analytics

IAQ Analytics provides reports on Indoor Air Quality using particle counts based on international standards. The particle counting equipment used is as recommended by IICRC, the mold remediation authority. The international standards used are both the World Health Organisation's TRS 961 for the air of sterilised rooms, and to a lesser extent ISO 14644-1 which governs the WHO standard.

Clients of IAQ Analytics also have access to third party reports on surface cleanliness via an ATP luminescence method, again recommended by the IICRC mold remediation authority.

Clients appreciate the low cost and quick turnaround of a IAQ Analytics report. Current pricing is $30 in US currency which covers six rooms. Extra rooms are $5 each.

In terms of particle counts, the air of affected rooms is typically what is analysed plus any neighbouring rooms, or quite often each of the rooms that the occupant states a concern over. A couple of control (distant and unaffected) rooms are also recommended to be included.

A clear pass-caution-fail system is employed, with easy "traffic light" colour code, so that the technician's own customer can easily and readily understand the report.
