At Happy Souls Kids, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and strong from the inside out.

We're reimagining how kids learn about their emotions, using the power of storytelling, play, and sport to make emotional wellbeing engaging and relatable. Because children don't always respond to traditional methods but tell them their favourite athlete meditates or uses breathwork to manage nerves before a big game? Suddenly they're all in.

That's why we've leverage the influence of athletes and people they look up to about real struggles, resilience, failure, anxiety, self-doubt and how they've found their way through. These role models share stories from childhood, reflect on the lessons that shaped them, and pass on simple tools that helped them cope along the way.

These stories help kids relate to the feelings they have but don't always have words for. They begin to understand they're not alone and that even their heroes have big feelings too.

Each athlete series is created for children aged 5‚12, featuring short, gamified videos and playful reflections that open up real conversations at home and in the classroom.

Because kids don't just need more information, they need connection. They need to see that feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or different doesn't mean something is wrong with them. It means they're human.

We also support parents and educators with tools to understand and connect with the children in their care, bridging the gap between what kids feel and what adults sometimes miss.

Happy Souls Kids was born from years of working with families waiting 6‚12 months for mental health support. We knew there had to be a better way.
