GRONADE is Data-Driven Growth Partnerships for Corporates, Established Startups, and Investors.
Through an analysis of who the target audience is and their motivators, and an analysis of the product’s true value proposition, an assumption is made about how that product fits into the environment. Then, leveraging diverse approaches from psychology, behavioural science, data science, communications and game theory, direct input to MVP build is provided to ensure the product being built has the best chance at survival.
Once the MVP is in the wild, funnel analysis measures user journey from discovery, to conversion, all the way through to repetition of use and revenue generation. The end goal is to reduce friction where it exists to grow users, value and profitability of the product.
