BnbGuard is Australian-built to solve the problem of illegal and unwanted subletting.

Our aims are simple:
- Help landlords and property managers reduce the costs and risks of illegal rentals in their properties
- Allow stratas and building managers to monitor and enforce policies around short-term holiday rentals in their buildings.

Our customers are worried about the risks of out-of-control parties, uninsured property damage, pop-up brothels, legal action, higher maintenance bills, squatters and theft or other crime.

We work with strata committees and building managers to help them keep an eye on the growing use of their units for short-term stays, which impact the comfort, security and peace of mind of their long-term residents.

Our experienced team has seen all sides of the problem - as renters, landlords, managers, strata committee members, owners of illegal sublets gone bad, and even illegal subletters...
