| Elevator Pitch: | The word Beelu is derived from the Noongar word for river or stream. The Beelu people were the original peoples of the area and we are deeply proud to acknowledge that they, together with the Wadjuk and Noongar people are the traditional custodians of the land on which the Beelu Forest Distillery sits, and where we ferment, distill and conduct our business from. We pay our respects to the past, present and future Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation. Beelu Forest Distillery is committed to honouring Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters and seas and their rich contribution to society. |
