The December issue of the Trendwise newsletter is here!
We gave a reminder to you all last month about how many days it was until Christmas and guess what, we are going to scare you again…just 25 days until Christmas. Ahhh!
We kicked off the month by welcoming the newest member of the Inhouse Group board of directors to the company. We are so thrilled to have Alice Manners on board and are already seeing her invaluable experience helping to support Inhouse Group and the Trendwise solution.
We were also lucky enough to be included in the State government, Innovation worth sharing website, as an exciting investment opportunity. You can view the full article below.
To continue Clinton Houses’ busy year, he will be heading to Hong Kong at the beginning of December. Clinton will be there from the 4th – 8th December. This trip opens exciting doors for Trendwise, stay tuned to see updates from his trip.

Innovation worth sharing
Trendwise was lucky enough to be part of the selection of pitches and opportunities included on the state government, innovation worth sharing website.
Clinton House, Founder and CEO of Inhouse group and the Trendwise solution, appears in an interview where he goes into detail about the benefits and features of the innovative platform he created in 2009.
Christmas Closing Hours
The Trendwise office will be closed over the Christmas break from Monday 26th of December 2016 to Monday 2nd of January 2017. If you need to contact a member of the team throughout that time, please send an email to [email protected].

2016 WAOITY Awards Night
Brent attended the 2016 Innovator of the year awards night on Wednesday, 2nd November. Held at the State function Centre at Fraser’s in the heart of Perth City, the night started with Hon. Bill Marmion stating the $20 million Innovation package which was greeted with tremendous applause. From an App that helps diagnose patients who have no ability to communicate verbally to a giant robot that autonomously builds structures out of. These are not the latest sci-fi movies coming out on Boxing Day but a snapshot into some of the new WA based innovation award winners and nominees at the IOTY awards.
“The future is looking bright for Innovation in WA and seeing the nominations for the IOTY it was a shame that there could only be one winner per category,” said Brent.
A huge congratulations to Fastbrick Robotics and its world-first automated bricklaying machine for winning the 2016 WA Innovator of the Year.
UnitingCare West Food rescue
The Trendwise team is participating in this year’s UnitingCare West Food Rescue, Cargo Cart project.
“Food Rescue is a UnitingCare West program feeding disadvantaged people in Western Australia. It aims to alleviate hunger by rescuing perishable, fresh and nutritious food from cafes, caterers, supermarkets and wholesalers and delivering it to disadvantaged, vulnerable people.”
Clinton, Brent, Ajay & Caitie are all giving up their time on Friday 2nd December to take part in the Perth CBD initiative. They will be collecting food such as sandwiches, wraps and rolls from cafes and will be re-distributing it to feed the Homeless.
