Aquaint Capital Holdings Limited, (“Aquaint” or “the Company”) proposed to be renamed Schrole Group Limited, has closed its prospectus share offer early and oversubscribed, raising the maximum subscription of $6 million.
The Company will now proceed to complete the previously-announced acquisition of Schrole Operations Ltd (“Schrole”) and has applied to the ASX to have its shares quoted for trading (under the code SCL), which is expected to occur in the coming weeks. On relisting, the Company will have an implied market capitalisation of $11.7 million, based on the $0.02 per share offer price. Alto Capital is the Lead Manager to the offer along with Xcel Capital as Co-Lead.
