Red Piranha, Australia’s first next generation firewall developer is pleased to announce it’s acceptance into the Microsoft Bizspark Partner Program. The program will see the Red Piranha Team have access to new Microsoft technology, gain certifications for it's hardware, Crystal Eye software and it's managed security cloud based services. The partnership will give Red Piranha technology adoption resources and options to develop and launch it's cutting edge Information Security Software on the Microsoft Azure marketplace.
As Red Piranha moves towards the launch of it's Crystal Eye operating system in late 2017, the partnership can also help with marketing, sales training, and has many relationship benefits. The Microsoft BizSpark program is committed to helping technology startups realize their goals on their own terms and in the shortest amount of time. Through BizSpark, Microsoft's goals are to help young and innovative software companies gain valuable experience and expertise in Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Bizspark also helps startups establish connections with local and global startup ecosystems - VCs, angels, incubators, accelerators and entrepreneur associations.
Red Piranha has been working and developing it’s core product with multiple deployment options. These multiple deployment options cover both hardware appliance and cloud based deployments, allowing customers to create levels of protection much needed in today's hybrid networks. The partnership with Microsoft allows Red Piranha to be at the cutting edge of developing robust and relevant information security technologies and the ability to reach the vast enterprise client base that utilises the Microsoft and the Azure marketplace.
