The matched funding grant will see KinChip Systems and Kalparrin collaborate in the development of machine learning technologies to provide personalised support recommendations for families of children recently diagnosed with health or developmental challenges.
“This innovative project will enable Kalparrin to connect parents caring for children with disabilities to the right supports at any time of day and night.” Carrie Clark, Kalparrin CEO.
Kalparrin is WA’s largest community of families caring for children with disability and medical conditions. Based at Perth Children’s Hospital they connect families to the right supports and to other families.

In a great example of cross sector collaboration, the project combines KinChip Systems’ expertise in developing digital technologies to support child development outcomes and Kalparrin’s nearly 30 years of supporting families.
