To increase the speed of our growth within our Start Up team. We have Initiated the use of Mike Moyer's 'Grunt Equity Agreement' (Slicing the Pie) to increase the speed of our team size growth and skill set to shoot up from 2 to 6 within a period of 1 month with only an increase of financial expenses to $350 a week.

This has allow our team to fill the holes in the following segment to:

- Technology -
Previously - (1) 1 Front End Designer/Developer
Now - (4) 1 UX Designer, 1 Front End Developer and 2 Full Stack Developers

- Marketing -
Previously - (1) Founder
Now - (2) Marketing Manager and Founder

The challenge previously to build the team was difficult based on a range of existing limiting factors that were:
- fixed split equity arrangements, (traditional shareholder agreements)
- cash flow requirements for work (cash instant for services)

We have implemented a successful and very fair tracking system model that has allowed our company team to grow rapidly with very little financial incentive initially for a long term focus of our proven business model. This model is very fair and equitable and solves the problem that most start ups face which is, who deserves what when it comes to equity splits by simply tracking the time and accounting it to our calculator that will be continually followed. This model has also allowed for the opening of new members to the team quickly without the hassle of renegotiation of equity splits that is commonly reached in start ups with fixed equity holds within shareholding agreements.

We are very excited to reach our goals at an even faster rate then expected
