We are super excited to officially announce the launch of the most intuitive SMS solution ever developed for the cycling industry!

The most requested feature we have had regarding our amazing booking system has been to replace current SMS solutions with something inbuilt - combining all the positive aspects of the BikeBookings format with easy options for follow up and reminder messages.
We used that feedback to develop an innovative and ground breaking solution - a first for cycling stores. We created an automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assist stores with follow up communication, removing the need to remember or diarise actions.

BikeBookings' SMS solution gives you three message options:

QUICK SMS: easily message anyone from the dashboard. Start typing the first few characters of their name or telephone number and select them from the list, then choose an existing template or type in custom text.
BULK SMS: send texts to large groups of customers. Follow up customers that have had a service in the last 14 days for feedback and comments. Send out urgent messages or announcements (sales, discounts, special promotions etc). You can set the timeline for delivery of these messages, either immediately or over a period of days.
AUTOMATED SMS or SET & FORGET: Here is where the real smarts come into the SMS solution. We created a set of rules to automatically (if marked active) queue messages to be sent out in the future based on actions taken in a normal day on our dashboard. EXAMPLE 1: "Send "Service Follow Up" template 7 days after the service", if activated this rule will automatically add an SMS into the queue to be sent 7 days after a service has been marked complete on the dashboard. EXAMPLE 2: "Send "Reminder before" template 1 day before the service date", - As soon as a booking is made, a message will be queued to be sent out if the service date is further away than 1 day.
The SET & FORGET service is exactly that - you decide how and when you want to communicate with your customers. You can focus on conducting business as usual and the messages will be lined up and sent automatically. All rules and templates are customisable.
