Over 200 staff accessed the All of Me Workplace solution last month which began with a training module on organisational change for both white collar and blue collar staff. Feedback from staff has been excellent with many posting on social media about the benefits. But what everyone has got really excited about is that three staff took the opportunity to seek further help as they were experiencing early mental health decline. As the organisation pointed out “These staff would not necessarily have self-nominated for EAP assistance. All of Me has provided a non-confrontational way for them to seek early help”.
