In November the K8 Sports was nominated for the Yachts and Yachting performance sports boat of the year for 2016. Last week at the London Boat Show the winner was announced and the K8 was triumphant, beating the highly acclaimed C&C30 to the top spot. This award is really recognition of many years of hard work and effort. Bringing a concept like the SRW to fruition requires a sustained effort over a long period. We are proud to win this award and hope that it heralds the introduction of wing sails into mainstream yachting.
