PERTH, AUSTRALIA – July 13th, 2015 – 6Q, the world’s first six-minute, six question visual employee engagement survey has launched its High Five feature today, allowing employees to congratulate and thank each other for positive achievements and actions.
6Q, designed to boost company culture, improve communication and increase productivity, has developed High Fives in response to growing evidence that peer-to-peer recognition can have a more positive impact on teamwork, customer satisfaction and financial results over manager-only recognition.
According to The Power of Employee Recognition report by Aberdeen Group, 60% of Best-in-Class organisations stated that employee recognition is extremely valuable in driving individual performance.

The High Fives are collated and shown to management, along with an email sent to the employees who received High Fives at the end of that poll period.
6Q is planning to develop a ‘High Five leaderboard’ to capture how many have been rewarded among their team, allowing management to monitor which employees are being the most helpful.
