Great manager's have an amplifying effect on their teams. As a leader, I strive to build high performing teams by focusing on people and customers. The one constant through out my career has been people while the technology we utilise evolves. By enabling and developing leaders in Engineering, Product Management, Design, and other functions, I believe organisations can deliver value to customers beyond imagination. While leading large organisations is what I spend most of my professional time on, diving into and learning about new technologies, leadership principles, and product management is a close second. I take a lot of inspiration from Extreme Ownership (by Jocko Willink) and Start with Why (by Simon Sinek). I also spend time coaching startup leaders to refine their visions and offering. Ultimately, what I love is delivering value to customers by developing teams and organisations that have a culture focused around customer obsession, scrappiness, and innovation built on a foundation of deep ownership and trust.
