I was an early stage investor in Conversant Media and The Roar Sports Media which were acquired by a listed company HT&E in October 2016. I was also a director and shareholder in Jeenee Communications sold to listed company Amaysim in 2019. Also a shareholder and early investor in Playground XYZ acquired by Gum Gum (US).

Prior to that Managing Director of Heath Communication Network (ASX code HCN) from 1995 until 2005. HCN was originally controlled by the Australia Government (Dept of Health and Aging) and was involved in a management lead buy-out in 1997 and we listed on the ASX in late 1999. HCN was a medical software provider and then had approximately 85% share of the GP clinical software market with Medical Director and was also the leading provider of Practice Management software with products such as Pracsoft and Blue Chip. HCN pioneered the use of internet based health knowledge resources in Australia and around 90% of Australian public hospitals were accessing our online resources by 2005. HCN was acquired by another listed company in 2005 and I left.

Group General Manager at Link Telecommunications during the high growth phase of radio paging in Australia. This was a terrific experience and first interested me in the technology space.

TNT Australia 3 years ( rail transport and logistics).

Retailing for 11 years initially with Grace Bros ( Food and Wine and Spirits) and then as a store manager at Nock and Kirby ( Hardware). My last store managed was Nock and Kirby's iconic city store in George St, Sydney.
