Who are we?

Led by Bardi Elder Aunty Munya Andrews and Training and Facilitation expert Carla Rogers, Evolve Communities is a majority Indigenous-owned business and Australia's trusted provider of Cultural Awareness Training and Allyship Accreditation.

Indigenous Australians account for just 3% of Australia's population. For Reconciliation to happen, we all need to get involved.

That's why both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians design our programs and make up our team. Leading practical Reconciliation by example and demonstrating the values we hope to inspire is important to us. It’s one of the many ways we do things differently.

We've helped thousands of individuals and hundreds of organisations including: Cancer Council NSW, Edith Cowan University, BUPA, Woolworths and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet – to name a few.
