Getting car help when you’re stuck on the side of a Sydney road is about to get a whole lot easier, cheaper and faster as of the 1st of February 2017 when the Stuck App becomes available for download.
After launching across Perth in November 2016, Stuck has quickly disrupted the way Australians get roadside assistance. Offering an on-demand, membership free alternative to the traditional model, Stuck helps motorists every day with tow, tyre, battery, fuel, lock-in and other car mechanical issues. The team is now expanding across the Nullarbor into Sydney in their drive to make roadside assistance easier, cheaper and faster for all Australians.
How does it work?
In true Aussie style, Stuck has partnered with local automotive experts who provide a range of services to deal with different car issues that may see you stuck on the side of the road. This means that by using the Stuck app you are providing an income for small local businesses as opposed to dealing with corporate giants. Furthermore, with over 100 suppliers in WA and an ever increasing number of NSW signups, help is never far away.
Cheaper, Faster, Safer
This new on-demand, membership-free business model means that costs are significantly reduced, offering customers the best bang for their buck. Stuck is passionate about providing their customers with the best experience at the best price. The pricing structure is transparent and easily understood and payment methods are simply made via credit/debit card or PayPal. To ensure customers’ safety, features such as call masking and a ‘watch over me’ feature for loved ones have been included into the app’s design.
