Given the craze of Pokemon in the last week I thought it was timely to talk about tech that has no relation to Pokemon at all!
For the uninitiated, IoT (Internet of Things) is basically anything with an on/off switch to the Internet.
This has and will continue to change our personal lives, but what does that look like for businesses? Can IoT help businesses increase profitability and minimise risk?

These products are simple Bluetooth trackers and are small enough to be attached to a key ring, which can then be tagged and located via an app.
Simple and cost effective these devices have a myriad of applications in the workplace.
Voice to text vehicle integration
Mechanically vehicles have not changed too much in the last 5-10 years; technologically however, they have endured a huge leap forward.
Mobile integration, real time traffic updates and crash prevention are all norms in new cars of all budgets now. But what if your office was your car?
For those ‘road warriors’ in sales and customer service; time is money.
It is estimated that a 5-minute conversation roughly translates to 60 minutes in typing.
Further development with voice to text software and vehicle integration apps will allow individuals to dictate; feedback, meeting minutes and follow up conversations and convert it into text.
Next steps would see a natural integration into a CRM platform in time to close the customer service loop.

These technologies are continually evolving and proving to be essential components in making sizeable personal and business decisions.
