Our Senior Business Development Manager, Brent Pearce presented the Trendwise™ Visitor Analytics solution at the 15th Annual The Lucky Charm Conference.
Held in Melbourne at The Crowne Plaza, from the 2 - 4 of August, the two days comprised of past year’s results, various funny and inspiring guest speakers and details about the new and exciting initiatives on the radar for The Lucky Charm.
The theme for this year’s conference was ‘Our Lighthouse’. It describes the changing environment The Lucky Charm is currently experiencing and how the team is evolving to the changing market.
“When you focus on what’s really important, everything else falls into place.”
This quote was the headline for the conference, which subsequently ties in with the values of the Trendwise™ solution.
It echo’s the importance of needing to understand exactly when, where and how your customers interact within and around your location.
Focusing on this aspect of your business will allow you to make informed, data-driven decisions that will in return help your business flourish.
Brent felt very privileged to be asked as guest speaker at the conference. Brent spoke to The Lucky Charm team and special guests about Trendwise™ and how our signature visitor analytics platform can help businesses of all sizes, across a number of sectors, truly understand their customer behaviour.
