APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Tech Mpire Limited (Company or Tech Mpire) (ASX: TMP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Allison as joint Company Secretary, effective immediately. Mr Allison replaces Ms Fiona Muir who has been performing the role on a part time basis following her maternity leave and who has now decided to resign in order to focus on family life. 
 
The Directors would like to express their appreciation to Ms Muir for her valuable contribution as joint Company Secretary.
