We are truly blessed for the support we have recently for the All of Me application range, from friends and family staring in a video (details to come!) to the State Government awarding us the Start IT Up WA Challenge.
We keep pinching ourselves, because we’re not quite sure it’s all real. The mental health environment can be complex, but we truly believe we are onto something with tech combined with early intervention to reduce the strain on individuals and the community.
With mental health week in full swing, it is currently a topic of intense focus in the global community and many are struggling to provide proactive and effective solutions.
Last week, the Australian Bureau of Statistics released the highest suicide rate in 11 years.
At the same time, the average worker’s compensation claim for mental stress $50,000 dollars. In WA alone last year, mental stress claim payouts cost $36.8 million dollars.
Workplaces are a core focus for us because much of your adult life is spent at work and effective workplace solutions have been proven to have increased benefits for the organisation – 20% of the workforce experience mental health strain.
If we can make mental health that little bit easier, it can make all the difference.
