The new client app (Launched 4th Jan 2019) features a range of updates never seen before in Australia outside of the taxi apps. Even comparing it to the likes of Uber, Refresh features live dynamic scheduling which provides accurate booking time slot availability.

Melbourne is also the first market to receive Refresh's new exterior only detailing service named "Refresh X". Early feedback of this service has been very encouraging with users booking Refresh X at their desk and returning to a clean car at the end of the day with NO interaction or need to meet the detailer at their car. Whilst booking a car detail in-app, clients can also select a detailer to arrive on a scooter instead of a car, which is an industry first in Australia and combats the inner city parking problem.
