Jugglr is pleased to announce that they have entered into a collaboration with Edith Cowan University as part of the ECU Industry Collaboration Scheme. The research project will focus on one of the key drivers of the gender pay gap: the challenges that women with children face within the workforce. In particular, it will explore how disruptive innovation, such as Jugglr, can help overcome labour market failure and unlock untapped human capital by enabling whole new ways of working in today’s society. Learnings from the research will be translated into the Jugglr app to enable more women to capitalise on the potential of the sharing economy.
